Nope! There is no limit — once you have subscribed you can add as many design requests as you like and they will be delivered one by one.
It takes an average of 2 business days to receive your completed request. The time may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
You will receive a neatly organized Figma file that houses all your designs in one centralized location. This allows for easy access, version control, and collaboration between team members.
We also don't have a limit on revisions. If you don't like the outcome, we will continue to revise until you are 101% satisfied with your request.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
The annual cost of hiring an in-house Senior Product Designer is well above $120,000 USD per year, and you may not always have work to keep them busy — so you're wasting money on time you can't utilize. You can pause our monthly subscription plan at any time and as often as you need to, paying for a designer only when you have work available.
After you purchase the plan and go through onboarding, you will be added to our Slack where you will have a channel dedicated just for you. Design requests are managed through Trello or Notion. Don't worry — we'll explain how to use everything during the onboarding process.
