Product design for the AI era

AI made software easy to build. We make it worth paying for.

Prodular is a senior product design studio for AI and B2B SaaS teams. We turn fast-built products into software people understand, trust, and pay for.

The shift

Functionality is no longer the differentiator.

When anyone can ship features in a weekend, what you shipped isn't the moat. How it feels to use is.

01

Speed gets you to market. Judgment makes people stay.

AI collapsed the cost of building. It didn't touch the cost of getting it right: hierarchy, flow, and knowing what not to build.

02

Users can tell when a product was rushed.

Every unclear label and inconsistent screen quietly erodes the case for paying you. Hesitation compounds.

03

Your interface is part of your credibility.

Buyers judge your engineering by the only part of it they can see.

You built it with AI. We make sure it doesn't look like you did.

We use AI every day. That's exactly how we know where it falls short.

Fix it in a week with the Polish Sprint

Selected work

Design that changes how the product performs.

Working with us

One problem. Or the whole product.

The Sprint solves one clearly defined problem, completely. The Partner plan holds the bar across everything you ship. Neither is a trial for the other.

Fixed scope · One week

AI Product Polish Sprint

Pick the one area of your product that costs you trust: onboarding, the core workflow, the dashboard your demo lives in. We take it apart and redesign it properly. One week. Fixed price. No retainer.

  • A senior audit of the area: what's breaking trust, and why
  • Redesigned UX and UI, built around how your users move
  • Dev-ready Figma files, specs, and the rationale behind each call
  • A prioritized list of what we'd fix next, yours to keep either way

Where we stand on AI

We use AI too.

In our workflow

Every day, for exploration, production and iteration speed. We are not arguing against the tools we use.

What it doesn't have

Judgment. What to build, what to cut, why a user hesitates on step three.

Where we come in

AI gets you to version one. We're how you get to version ten.

We've been designing B2B software for over 10 years. AI changed the environment, not the discipline.

Questions

Before you book.

What happens in a Polish Sprint, day by day?

Day one is a working session: we pick the area, agree the scope, and get access to your product. Days two to four are audit and redesign. Day five you get the redesigned flows, dev-ready files, and a walkthrough. Fixed scope means fixed scope. Anything bigger we find goes on a list, not on your invoice.

Why is the Sprint a flat $3,000?

Because estimates, hourly billing, and scope negotiations are friction neither of us needs. One critical area of a product is a knowable amount of senior work. A fixed price keeps both sides honest.

Is the Sprint a cheaper version of the Partner plan?

No. The Sprint solves one clearly defined problem. The Partner plan is ongoing senior design capacity across your whole product. They solve different problems, and neither is a trial for the other.

Do you use AI in your own work?

Yes, extensively. Production speed, exploration, iteration. The judgment layer stays human and senior: what to build, what to cut, what users will trust. That's the part you're paying for.

Who does the work?

Senior product designers. No account managers, no juniors learning on your product, no handoffs.

How fast can we start?

Book a call. We scope on the call and schedule the Sprint from there. There's no onboarding process to survive.
